Booking a Funkyzy entertainer is simple, stress-free, and fully personalized. From your first inquiry to the big day, we handle everything so you can focus on celebrating

Step 1 – Submit Your Booking Request

Fill out the booking form with your event details, preferred performances, and any special requests. Once submitted, our team will review your request to provide a personalized quotation

Step 2 – Personalized Quotation & Consultation

Our experienced event coordinators will contact you within a few hours via email or phone to discuss your event, preferred performers, and any special requirements.We will provide personalized suggestions, photos, and videos of potential entertainers to help you choose the perfect fit for your event.

Step 3 – Confirm & Secure Your Date

Once you approve the quotation, we will provide a secure payment link to pay a 25% nonrefundable deposit to reserve your date. After the deposit is received, we will send you a confirmation agreement to finalize your booking. At this point, your event is officially confirmed. The remaining balance can be paid up to one day before the event. After your booking is confirmed, our event coordination team will begin preparing every detail to ensure everything runs smoothly. From planning to performance, our in-house team takes care of all the arrangements to make sure your entertainer delivers an unforgettable experience that fits perfectly with your event. We will stay in touch from the time of booking until the event day to keep everything seamless, stress-free, and enjoyable

Step 4 – Peace of Mind on the Event Day

Your entertainer will arrive on time, fully prepared, and ready to create unforgettable memories for your guests. Before the event, we will also share a simple setup guide with helpful tips to make your celebration even more successful, such as the ideal space required for each type of performance, how to prepare the area, and important safety guidance for kids during the performance to ensure everything runs smoothly. In the rare event of an unavoidable change from the performer’s side, Funkyzy guarantees a replacement entertainer so your event is never disrupted. Even if the replacement performer’s fee is higher, Funkyzy covers the difference, ensuring your celebration continues seamlessly without any additional cost to you.

Booking Timeline and Last Minute Requests

To ensure the best experience, we recommend booking your entertainer at least two to three weeks in advance. This allows us to match you with the most suitable performer and finalize all details smoothly
However, we understand that some celebrations come together at the very last moment. Funkyzy also accepts last minute and same day bookings whenever possible. In such cases, we encourage
you to give us a quick call after submitting your request so we can confirm availability faster and arrange an entertainer right away.
